Every operator holds a valid Air Operator Certificate for the intended flight, verified against the issuing authority before contract.
Safety
Safety is the first specification
We are a brokerage: flights are operated by certified air carriers. Our responsibility is to select them properly, and to keep checking.
Independent safety audits
We prioritise operators with third-party ratings such as ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO registration.
Insurance verification
Hull and liability cover is checked for adequacy on each trip, with certificates available on request.
Crew experience minimums
Pilot totals, type hours and recency are reviewed for the specific aircraft and airport, including performance-limited fields.
Aircraft maintenance
Maintenance programme and airworthiness status are confirmed before release of the aircraft.
Risk review
Weather, runway, terrain, security and overflight considerations are assessed for the whole itinerary.
